White-label SEO reports your clients can read, issued under your agency's name

, SEO · Updated

XeoRank turns a client's Google Search Console data into a written report you can send as a PDF or a Google Doc. On the Growth plan you can issue that report under your agency's name instead of XeoRank's, so the client sees your brand on the work.

This page covers what the report contains, how white-labelling works, and what it does not do yet.

What goes into each report

Pick a site and a period, weekly or monthly. The report compares that period with the one before it and covers:

  • clicks, impressions and rankings;
  • branded versus non-branded searches, so growth from people who already know the client is kept apart from growth from new searchers;
  • top queries and top landing pages;
  • a written summary, highlights and recommendations.

Branded terms are set for each report, so a client whose name is also a common word can be measured properly.

Export it the way your client reads

Each report exports as:

  • a PDF, laid out for print and email;
  • a Google Doc saved to your Google Drive, where you can add your own notes before you send it.

How white-labelling works

On the Growth plan, the export screen shows an Issue under toggle with your organization's name. Switch it on and the exported report carries your organization's name where it would otherwise say XeoRank. The name comes from your workspace settings, so rename the organization to change the brand that appears on reports.

Without the toggle, or on Starter and Pro, reports are branded XeoRank.

What white-label does not do yet

Being clear about this saves a surprise later:

  • It replaces the brand name. It does not add your logo or change the report colours.
  • There is no client login portal. You send the PDF or Google Doc yourself.
  • The report covers Search Console data. AI visibility results, rank tracking and the technical audit live in the XeoRank workspace, and your AI assistant can summarize them for a client through the XeoRank MCP server.

The rest of the agency workflow

Reports are one part of running SEO for clients. On the same per-site plan, XeoRank tracks each client's AI visibility per engine, audits the site for technical SEO problems, tracks rankings, and lets your AI assistant make the fixes on WordPress, including Elementor pages, asking you before each change. See AI visibility and SEO for agencies for how that fits together.

Pricing

White-label reports come with Growth, at $109 per site a month. Every site in the workspace is billed separately and credits are pooled across sites. Pro is $49 per site a month and includes the same reports branded XeoRank. Full details are on the pricing page.

Questions

What does white-label mean in XeoRank?
When you export a business report, an "Issue under" toggle replaces the XeoRank name on the report with your organization's name. The report your client receives is branded as yours.
Which plan includes white-label reports?
Growth, at $109 per site a month. Starter and Pro reports are branded XeoRank.
Can I add my own logo and colours?
Not yet. White-label replaces the brand name on the report with your organization's name. Custom logos, colours and a client login portal are not part of it today.
What is in the report?
Search Console performance for the period you pick, weekly or monthly, compared with the previous period: clicks, impressions, rankings, branded versus non-branded traffic, top queries and top landing pages, with a written summary, highlights and recommendations.
What do I need before I can generate one?
The client's site added to your workspace with Google Search Console connected. The report reads its numbers from Search Console.
