XeoRank is a platform for SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization). The Service includes:

  • Website SEO analysis, audits, and recommendations
  • Keyword research with AI-powered clustering
  • Core Web Vitals measurement
  • AI visibility tracking across ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity
  • Google Search Console integration
  • Shopify store SEO optimization
  • MCP server for AI assistant integration
  • Business reporting and PDF exports

3. Account Registration

You must sign in with a Google or GitHub account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Use automated means to access the Service beyond the provided APIs and MCP server
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service without prior written consent
  • Use the Service to generate spam, misleading content, or manipulate search engine rankings in violation of search engine guidelines

5. API and MCP Server Usage

Access to the XeoRank API and MCP server is subject to rate limits based on your plan. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend access if usage patterns indicate abuse or excessive load. API keys and OAuth tokens are personal to your account and must not be shared.

6. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Google Search Console, Shopify, and AI assistants (such as Claude). Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third-party terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by NavyaAI and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NavyaAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

SEO recommendations and AI visibility insights are informational and do not guarantee specific search engine rankings or results.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
