WooRank alternatives: 5 SEO audit and reporting tools compared on price, crawl limits and AI tracking

, SEO · Updated

The main WooRank alternatives are Seobility for a like-for-like site audit at a lower price, SE Ranking for a fuller SEO suite with optional white label, Sitechecker for agencies that want a branded app, Ahrefs Free for auditing your own sites at no cost, and XeoRank for SEO plus AI answer tracking and an agent that edits your site. WooRank itself is a website review and audit tool with a Chrome and Firefox extension, white-label PDF reports on Premium and a lead generation tool.

We make XeoRank, so weigh our section with that in mind. Every competitor fact below comes from the vendor's own pages, checked 21 October 2026. Prices change often, so confirm before you buy.

The short answer

Stay with WooRank if your team relies on instant website reviews from the browser extension, branded PDF reviews for sales calls, or the Lead Gen tool on Premium. Pick Seobility for more sites and pages per crawl for less money, SE Ranking for keyword and backlink research alongside the audit, Sitechecker for a white-label app, and Ahrefs Free if you only need to audit sites you own. XeoRank fits if you want SEO, AI answer tracking and an agent that makes changes on WordPress, Framer or code sites through your own AI assistant.

What WooRank costs and what you get

WooRank's pricing page lists three plans. Pro is $89.99 a month, or $53.25 a month billed yearly, for 1 project, 50 tracked keywords, Site Crawl up to 2,500 pages and comparison against 3 competitors. Premium is $199.99 a month, or $133.25 billed yearly, for 5 projects, 250 keywords, white-label PDF reports and the Lead Gen tool. Enterprise adds full API access, unlimited projects and keywords, bulk reviews and the Index & Benchmarking tool, priced on request.

Both paid plans include unlimited instant reviews through the Chrome and Firefox extensions, Core Web Vitals feedback through the Assistant, Google Analytics and Search Console connections, a weekly email digest and uptime alerts. The page disagrees with itself on two limits. Premium's crawl is shown as both 10,000 and 10,500 pages, and Pro's page review API calls as both 500 and 2,500 a month. The free trial lasts 3 days.

WooRank's main product pages describe website reviews, Site Crawl, keyword tracking, competitor monitoring, sales tools and white-label reports. We found no mention of AI answer tracking on its pricing page.

1. Seobility, the closest like-for-like audit tool

Seobility prices in euros plus VAT. Premium is €59.90 a month for 3 website projects, 25,000 pages per crawl and 300 ranking keywords. Professional is €99.90 for 7 projects and 50,000 pages, and Agency is €209.90 for 20 projects and 100,000 pages. Annual billing saves 20%. Every paid plan has a 14-day free trial, and Seobility asks for a payment method at signup.

The site audit includes JavaScript crawling, duplicate content analysis, scheduled recrawls and a check for pages blocked to AI bots. Plans also cover daily desktop rankings, backlink monitoring, uptime monitoring, PDF and CSV exports and white label reports. A free Basic plan gives you 1 project, 10 tracked keywords and 100 pages per crawl. AI visibility tracking is listed as coming soon, with an MCP server in beta.

Best for an audit-first replacement that covers more sites and pages than WooRank Pro for less. Skip it if you need AI answer tracking today or prices in US dollars without VAT.

2. SE Ranking, a fuller suite with optional white label

SE Ranking Core is $129 a month, or $103.20 billed annually, with a 14-day trial and no card. It includes 10 projects, 2,000 tracked keywords, 100 tracked AI prompts a day, 250,000 audit pages a month and MCP access. Growth is $279 a month for 30 projects and 3 manager seats.

Beyond the audit, Core includes keyword, competitor and backlink research. White label for the platform and reports, plus a lead generator, comes in the Agency Pack add-on at $69 a month, billed annually only. The AI Search add-on adds 200 prompts across AI Overviews, AI Mode and ChatGPT.

Best for agencies that want keyword and backlink research alongside audits. Skip it if you only need audits for one or two sites, because Core costs more than WooRank Pro.

3. Sitechecker, a branded audit app for agencies

Sitechecker offers Basic, Standard, Premium and Enterprise plans, all with unlimited users, unlimited recrawls, GSC and GA4 insights and PDF exports. Its pricing page shows prices in the visitor's local currency, so check the figure for your region. It offers a 48-hour money-back guarantee.

The crawler checks more than 300 technical issues, renders JavaScript and runs Google PageSpeed and Safe Browsing checks on every page. Site monitoring rescans automatically and alerts you to changes such as pages that start returning 404 or become non-indexable. AI visibility tracking covers ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Perplexity and Copilot. Premium adds a custom domain and your logo in the app and emails, for 50 websites and 5,000 keywords.

Best for agencies that want a branded client app with ongoing monitoring. Skip it if you want a fixed price in US dollars before signing up.

4. Ahrefs Free, free audits for sites you own

Ahrefs Free, formerly Ahrefs Webmaster Tools, covers an unlimited number of sites you verify. It includes Site Audit with 170+ checks and 5,000 crawl credits per project a month, Site Explorer with up to 1,000 backlinks and keywords visible at once, and Web Analytics. It does not audit sites you don't own, so it can't replace WooRank's instant reviews of prospects' sites. Paid Ahrefs plans start at Starter.

Best for auditing your own sites at no cost. Skip it if you review prospects' sites or send branded reports.

5. XeoRank, an agent that makes the SEO changes

XeoRank Starter is $19 a month with a 14-day free trial and no card. Pro is $49 per site a month and Growth $109 per site a month; pricing shows what each plan includes.

You get a technical SEO crawler, keyword research with real search volumes and clusters, Search Console and GA4 reports, and AI answer tracking that asks ChatGPT, Gemini (grounded in Google Search), Perplexity and Grok your buyer questions, with each engine reported separately. Growth replaces the XeoRank name with your organization's on Search Console reports exported as PDF or Google Doc; logos, custom colours and a client portal are not part of it yet. For a quick review of any page, our free SEO, AEO and GEO analysis needs no login, and there are more free tools such as a redirect checker and meta tag checker.

The XeoRank MCP server has more than 200 tools on every plan and works in Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor and VS Code. Through it, an AI agent can edit existing WordPress pages, including Elementor layouts, and Framer and code sites. Your AI assistant asks before each change, WordPress writes stay off for each site until you enable them, and new pages are created as drafts.

Where it is weaker than WooRank: there is no browser extension for instant reviews and no lead generation widget. Reports on prospects' sites can't carry your logo either.

Best for SEO and AI answer tracking with an agent that makes changes through your own AI assistant. Skip it if your workflow is built on browser-extension reviews and lead capture.

Sources and how we compared

We compared each tool using its own pricing page and feature pages, all checked on 21 October 2026. For each one we recorded the lowest paid plan, the free option, how many sites and pages the entry plan covers, white-label options and AI answer tracking.

Where a vendor's own page gives two figures for the same limit, we show both. Sitechecker shows prices in each visitor's local currency, so we left its prices out. We did not buy every plan, so features behind a sales call are described from the vendor's pages. XeoRank is our product, and its details come from our own pricing page and documentation.
